I love aerial images of topography (back in my Emily Carr days I painted a whole series of abstract paintings of aerial views). Which is why the photography of
Lynann Colligan caught my eye as I browsed her
etsy shop this week! Something about her nordic images, views of Iceland, Greenland, and Ireland really captures something wonderful, abstract and kind of dreamy. I'm hoping she exhibits locally (yes, she's based in Vancouver), as I'd love to see her work on paper, and not just on a computer screen!
